We are the first microbrewery in Santa Cruz and we are proud to have made the first craft beer in Galapagos – Ecuador. Over the years we have made several styles of beer, both traditional and experimental, an example of this is our Coffee Porter beer ( Carapachuda) made with Galapagos coffee, Passion Beer (Made with Passion Fruit) and our latest creation Gose style beer, made with Sea Salt and organic coffee cherries, both products from Galapagos.

Our plant and Beergarden are ready for you to visit. You want an outdoor, safe place with the best beer on the Island. Reserve the space for your close group of friends or family.

Itinerary

1. Explanation of the history of the Santa Cruz brewery.

2. Organoleptic explanation of the raw materials in beer production.

3. Participation in the production process, grinding malt in our bicycle mill.

4. Tasting of the beers at the plant, which has an outdoor space, surrounded by Galapagos nature.

5. Closing talks about the experience.

6. We have board games and beer pong if the group requires it.
